Chief Executive Officer
David Johnstone
Our team at LEOcrowdfunding is ably led by David, a property investment expert with over 20 years of experience in the industry. With his extensive knowledge in advertising and marketing, David has successfully led multiple fundraising campaigns for satisfied clients.

Over the past five years, he has worked on numerous property crowdfunding projects, dealt with fundraisers and investors and assisted with deal structuring and brand building. David, as the face of the brand, has featured on podcasts & broadcasts, and guest presented at various seminars and live events.
​
David has travelled to over 50 countries, including operational service as a British Army Officer, played football at a semi-professional level in NI and is a UEFA A Licence coach.
Portfolio Manager
Sophie Lowther
Sophie brings a wealth of experience in client relationship and portfolio management to the LEOcrowdfunding team.
With a Law degree under her belt and previous work experience with high-profile companies, Sophie is well equipped to help our clients navigate complex processes and ensure they have all the necessary support throughout the fundraising process.
She is a dedicated and highly motivated individual who is passionate about assisting our clients in achieving their desired outcomes. Her commitment to client success is a valuable asset to our team, and her passion for delivering results is evident in her work.

Project Co-Ordinator
Brenda Johnstone
Brenda brings a unique skill set to the LEOcrowdfunding team.
With her background in, and knowledge of, housing management, IT and property investment, she is able to work alongside our Fundraisers to develop their projects for the market.
Her expertise in compliance and regulation ensures that transactions are conducted in the correct manner and her technical abilities allow for streamlining of processes and business functions, to make the onboarding process smoother.

With an eye for design, she can also contribute a creative dimension. Her ability to blend aesthetics with functionality can enhance the appeal and value of your projects.
